Shamanic Energy Healing, Plant Medicines, Ancestors, Sound + Song
In this space, we go deep. We take the healing process into ceremonial space, inviting the Ancestors + medicines of the Earth to hold us in the magic of transformation.
This is Ancestral Medicine, of both human & elemental kin, joining in the council of support that rises up from the Earth.
This space goes beyond an hour long energy medicine session; this weaves together the forces of Earth + Sky in a symphony of healing intention, held in deep ritual space.
ELEMENTAL HEALING
The Four Elements are the foundational building blocks for all of Nature — our bodies are expressions of this immaculate design. I have found it to be true that the process of healing is not in the work of ‘fixing or changing’ the system, but rather in working with its inherent intelligence + essential nature.
The forces of the Earth offer an abundance of medicine that, when collaborated with in ritual intention, can bring forth profound healing. This is the nature of these ceremonial spaces. We work with Nature, as Nature.
EARTH, WATER, FIRE, WIND + SPIRIT.
These sessions are deeply personal, woven with ritual intention alongside you and your Ancestors. We begin together in ceremonial space, opening the healing container by invoking the forces of Earth + Sky to join us.
Drumming, Cleansing with Plant allies, Water Blessings, Healing Songs + Energy Clearings will all be woven into the ceremony. Ancestral Invocation and honoring of the Four Directions will be our place of beginning + ending.
The Ceremony itself will be 1.5-2 hours in fullness, to allow time for a true healing process to occur in fullness. Spaciousness + Slowness gives way for deep listening, allowing the body’s intrinsic healing intelligence to emerge.

A NOTE ON LINEAGE:
Teagan’s people come from Ireland, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt & North America. The teachings + medicinal uses of these plants incorporated into these healing ceremonies are of ancestral traditions, handed down to Teagan directly from her teachers, over years of study + service to their stewardship. Teagan is committed to truly walking in Right Relationship with the teachings, traditions, medicines + practices that her family has shared with her, and only stewards what she has been given permission to share with the community. This applies to plants, tools, songs, and prayers used in ceremony. What takes place within these healing spaces are an extension of this commitment to Land, Lineage, and Tradition.
THE MEDICINES
We work with various Plant Medicines as healing allies in these ceremonial containers. Sage, Cedar, Osha Root, Palo Santo, Lavender, Sweetgrass & Copal are some of the kin we will use — all grown & gifted by family members from the local community. These plant allies are used for protection, cleansing, and connection to ancestral powers that can be of support for the healing processes we engage in.
All plants used are grown sustainably, honoring the vitality of the land + traditions that they come from. In these elemental ceremonies, the plants are profound stewards of the healing process that occurs in collaboration with their medicines. The plants themselves carry strong spirits with unique healing abilities, and our work with them is rooted in Right Relationship; the acknowledgement that they are not just substances to consume, but allies that we are in deep collaboration with.
At the beginning of our time together, we will open with a blessing of the plants, and you will have the option to connect with either Cacao or Hapé to open the space together. More info on each of these unique plant allies below.
Cacao is a gentle yet activating medicine, opening the heart and enlivening to body to bring about the healing energy of joy and love. It is a vasodilator & precursor to dopamine, working on the physical + energetic heartspace while activating joy + ease. This is more of an energizing medicine to work with, and allows the healing work to move through the body more vividly. Cacao is a beautiful medicine for cultivating self-love, and releasing the old experiences, patterns, or ways of relating that keep the heartspace closed. The Cacao we work with comes from Mama Amor cacao farm in Guatemala, a women’s collective stewarding the ancestral medicine of this beautiful plant in the community.
Hapé is a medicine from Central & South America, traditionally used to cleanse and purify the physical and subtle energy bodies. It is taken through the nose with a special applicator called a Kuripe. The medicine itself is a mixture of plants ground to an ash-like substance, taken as a snuff to cleanse the system. Teagan personally works with a hapé mixture of tobacco and the Tsunu tree, a gentle yet powerfully centering medicine from the Yawanawa tribe in Brazil, given to her by her teacher Kenewma to share with community. This blend is particularly attuned to clearing the mind and energy field, to enter into deeply meditative and healing states. It beautifully opens the subtle energy system to receive the vibrational healing of Sound and Reiki Energy Work.
